| I’m really starting to feel like a vagabond now. (Sorry to be so late writing, but life has been very scattered lately.) I just landed in Halifax after a few weeks in Ontario where we shot a Christmas special for Food Network, including me (from French Food at Home), Anna Olsen (from Sugar), Anthony Sedlack (from The Main), Bob Blumer (from Glutton for Punishment), and Ricardo (from Ricardo and friends). I can’t believe I forgot to take a picture of all of us! (That’s why it’s me and Niagara Falls instead.) We all got along great and the special was a blast, but I can’t tell you any details or I’ll spoil the surprise. You’ll just have to watch in December.
This month, I am turning my attention to recipe testing for season III of French Food at Home, which we’ll be shooting this summer. At the same time, I’ll be working with a photographer and food stylist on photographs for my next cookbook. I’m afraid you’ll have to wait for that, too, though, because it doesn’t come out until next spring.
But – good news! - there is something that won’t require much more waiting and that’s season two of French Food at Home. It airs April 1st on Food Network, so please watch. It has a completely different look at feel from last year and I am really excited about it.
Anyway, a month of hard work ahead, but spring is around the corner, so I think I can tough it out. Hope all is well with you wherever you are!
