Farewell to Nova Scotia: Halifax by night with a full moon.

Sorry for not writing in August, but I didn't have a moment because of the French Food at Home shoot. We just wrapped two nights ago (that's me with the crew on the rocks on our very last day -- boo hoo) so finally I am free. You won't get to see the new season until spring, but I am happy to report that it is certainly our best yet, and in fact its improvement over season II is as great as the second season's improvement over season I. Feels like a great accomplishment.
I am going to take a week off in early September to go visit family and meet my new niece (not to mention my FIRST niece), Olivia. After that I have to fly to BC for a food show called EAT in the Fraser Valley (please come say hello if you're in the area). I'm going to have a few days in Vancouver with friends, then a long weekend getaway in Banff with two of my oldest friends. I can't wait to be away from it all!
After that I have to buckle down again because the manuscript for my new book is due before the month is out. And then....who knows... change is in the wind.
Hope all is well with you wherever you are!
